How to Make Homemade Electrolytes

Ingredients
- 1 quart mason jar (glass) 
- ½ lemon 
- Pinch of sea salt 
- 1 teaspoon honey 
Instructions
- Drop honey into jar 
- Add ¼ cup boiling water 
- Dissolve honey 
- Add salt 
- Add lemon 
- Stir 
- Add cold water or room temp water and drink
